We are looking for a Senior Digital & Graphic Designer with talent, visual judgment, and solid experience to join our team for digital, web, and graphic design projects.

The selected candidate will work autonomously on projects of various kinds, from conceptualization and prototyping to final execution, actively participating in the strategic and creative definition of each project.

This is a hybrid position (on-site in Barcelona and remote), starting with a 3-month independent contract (40h/week) as a trial period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liderar projectes de disseny digital i gràfic de forma autònoma, des del prototipatge fins a l’entrega final.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand needs, interpret briefings, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop visual proposals aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations that effectively communicate the creative process, concepts, and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining a proactive and constructive attitude.
  • Integrar eines d’IA com a suport per optimitzar processos i millorar l’eficiència del flux de treball.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Languages: Catalan and Spanish (essential, both spoken and written). Fluent English
  • Proactive, autonomous, and organized individual.
  • Ability to manage projects and time efficiently.
  • Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in contemporary visual culture.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Figma or equivalent interface design tools.
  • Experience with WordPress and customization of themes like Salient or similar.
  • Web builders such as Elementor or similar.

BONUS POINTS

  • Basic knowledge of motion design.
  • Active interest in contemporary design, visual trends, and graphic culture.
  • Experience in strategic design processes.
